Beautifully Nude

Hi NaiLovelies!

I'm here again and this time I have a gorgeous manicure to show you which was created with the awesome DP04, which is the latest addition to the Dixie Plates stamping plate collection.

The manicure I decided upon is inspired by Fab Creative Nails

I absolutely love how this striking image is made softer by simply pairing it with gentle neutral shades.

To create this nude manicure I removed most of my previous manicure only leaving the neutral nude IBD Dockside Diva on my accent nails. I then applied three coats of IBD The Great Wall to my other nails and then applied Magpie Grace gunmetal metallic glitter to my pinkies using the dabbing method.

I then reached for the gorgeous DP04 from Dixie Plates and stamped my favourite image from the plate onto my middle fingers using Mundo De Unas Taupe to finish the manicure.

Dockside Diva - IBD Just Gel Polish
The Great Wall - IBD Just Gel Polish
Taupe Stamping Polish - Mundo De Unas
Grace - Magpie Glitter
HK Girl Topcoat - Glisten & Glow
DP04 - Dixie Plates

I purchased my Dixie Plates from the UK distributor Nail Stamping Queen via Sarah's Etsy store.  Each Dixie Plate costs £9.95 plus shipping.

Alternatively, plates can be purchased directly from Kate via her Dixie Girl oline store  which is based in Australia.

I have used this image a few times for my clients and the beautiful example above showcases just how striking the same image is when used in a negative space manicure.  I really wanted to use this gorgeous floral image but I craved a softer look for my finished manicure.

This is quite a short post because I wasn't intending to blog about it but I love the mani so much I figured why not write a post and pop some pictures on the blog to show you this pretty yet simple manicure which I have completely fallen in love with.
